1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for and using the HalaGuard platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accepting these terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.
2. JAKIM Audit Disclaimer
HalaGuard provides internal digital management tools to assist your organization in preparing for Halal audits based on MS 1500:2019 and MPPHM 2020 standards. However, the official approval of the Malaysia Halal Certification is strictly subject to the final decision of JAKIM/MAIN/JAIN. HalaGuard is not a certifying body and does not guarantee successful certification.
3. Trial Accounts & Billing
New users are entitled to a 30-day free trial with no credit card required upfront. Upon expiration of the trial period, continued access to the platform requires the payment of subscription fees corresponding to your selected plan (Starter, Pro, or Enterprise). Payments are processed via manual invoice and bank transfer unless otherwise stated.
4. Data Ownership
You retain absolute ownership of all raw material data, supplier information, and documents uploaded to HalaGuard. You have the right to export, retrieve, or permanently delete your data from our servers at any time.
5. Account Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. HalaGuard reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform immediately, without prior notice, if there is a breach of security terms, misuse of the system, or failure to pay subscription fees.
